Our Dental Hygienists Have The Tools To Help You Prevent Bad Breath And Tooth Decay

Practicing good dental hygiene is so critical to your overall oral health and well being. Not only will your teeth and gums be healthy – you will look and feel your best!

Brushing and flossing your teeth should be part of your daily oral dental Hygiene regimen and plays a critical role in preventative care.

A healthy mouth will have pink gums and teeth will be free of debris, food particles and gum disease.  Inflamed gums or bleeding of the gums when brushing or flossing could be a sign indicating a potential problem.

Poor dental hygiene can also result in constant bad breath.  Though there are other causes of bad breath, decaying teeth and gums are a leading cause of this problem.

If bad breath is a problem for you let our dental hygienists check out your teeth in case there is a serious problem brewing.  Give us a call and we will schedule an appointment with one of our knowledgeable Dental Hygienists.

Remember – it is never too late to improve and maintain your Oral Health and at Solar Dental we will do everything we can to get you on the right track.

Free Dental Hygiene Kit!

We also provide you with a new toothbrush and floss pack on each of your visits – it is recommended to replace your toothbrush every 3-4 months as the bristles wear down and become ineffective in removing plaque.

If you would like some more tips on how to maintain excellent Oral Health care, the following videos will demonstrate to you how to properly brush and floss your teeth.
For optimal results, brush your teeth thoroughly 2-3 times per day and floss after every meal.

See your Dental Hygienist every 3-6 months for your check up and cleaning.
